"Elizabeth is an exceptional designer and true design lead. She not only kick-started our design function from the ground up, but also built the processes, playbooks, and structure that continue to guide our team today. Her work ethic is unmatched—she consistently delivers top-quality results faster than anyone I’ve worked with. Beyond her incredible skill and speed, she’s a fantastic collaborator: generous with her knowledge, always supportive of others, and genuinely fun to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a world-class designer and inspiring leader."
